The proposed joint venture will have a total equity capital of up to ₹94 crore and will focus on manufacturing, sales, and after-sales services. By combining Bosch’s global expertise in engineering and EV technology with Tata AutoComp’s strong manufacturing and operational capabilities, the collaboration aims to create a robust and scalable ecosystem for EV component production in India.
E-axles and traction motors are among the most critical components in electric vehicles, directly impacting performance, efficiency, and overall vehicle cost.
